1. Placing an Order

Placing an order with STYLEBOP.com is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Add an item to your shopping bag by choosing an available size and than clicking on the “ADD TO BAG” button.

2. When you proceed to checkout you will be shown your shopping bag for review. Click on “ Enter customer information”.

3. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You will see an order number and a “Thank You” indicating this.

4. Immediately after this you will receive an order confirmation to your indicated e-mail address. As soon as the shipment has been picked up by UPS, you will receive another e-mail, providing you with the tracking number of your package.

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items shown on our Site. Yet, occasionally we do sell out of products before the site can be updated. You will receive an e-mail if an item that you have ordered is out-of-stock. The changes will be reflected on your invoice.



2. Method of Payment

Payments including shipping fees are accepted via bank transfer in advance, credit card or cash on delivery. In the event that ordered goods are not available at present, any amounts credited in advance will be refunded immediately.
Please be aware of the fact, that some bank institutes charge an additional fee for foreign money transfers. This does not apply to Stylebop.com exclusively and needs to be clarified with your bank institute.


2.1 Wire Transfer

We offer this payment option in the following countries:

By choosing the payment option 'Wire Transfer' in advance the customer agrees to pay immediately after the purchase order. Affirmation of the contract and delivery will be effected upon receipt of payment. STYLEBOP.com is entitled to cancel an order, if the payment is not made within 5 working days of the order.

2.3 Cash On Delivery

We offer this payment option in the following countries:

STYLEBOP.com accepts cash on delivery for orders which do not exceed a total order value of: for France the maximum order per person per day is USD 975, for Italy USD 1300 and for all other named countries USD 5000 (before shipping costs) and only to a maximum of three successive orders per customer within 5 working days, which have not yet been delivered and which do not exceed this value. STYLEBOP.com will refuse cash on delivery orders outside of these limits and inform the customer of this. After such a refusal, however, the customer may select a form of payment other than cash on delivery for their order. Please note that any refunds can only be made to a bank account.

In general the merchandise can be delivery only cash down. For cash on delivery orders there is a COD charge of 8.50 USD. You will be informed of the amount of applicable charges during the order process. The invoice amount must be paid in cash upon receipt of the goods to the carrier.

Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot offer you this payment option if your billing address is different from your delivery address (e.g. gift parcels). This payment option is also only available in European states.


2.4. Safe & Secure Ordering

We take great care in protecting your online order information at STYLEBOP.com. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which means your credit card numbers and other personal information is always encrypted (scrambled) before they are sent or received over the Internet. SSL is the industry-standard encryption technology for secure e-commerce transactions.



3. Delivery and shipping costs

3.1 Shipping Information

All shipments will be carried out through UPS, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items. The terms and conditions of UPS will apply additionally and can be found at www.ups.com


3.2 Shipping Costs

USA UPS Express Saver Delivery (within 2-3 working days)$ 25.00

If the customer has special requests concerning the type of shipment, e.g. express shipment, the additional costs shall be charged. The risk shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are transferred to a forwarder or carrier, in any case when they leave the warehouse of STYLEBOP.com.


3.3 International Shipments on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis

The following countries will be delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant sales taxes, import fees and customs duties are included in your purchase price.

The actual delivery time of Switzerland averages around 2-4 business days. Please note that we bear all the costs for the door-to-door delivery, for the transport insurance as well as for all accompanying papers, customs and import sales taxes. Please note that foreign bank charges must be paid by customer. For deliveries to Switzerland all indicated prices are net prices.


3.4 International Shipments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

I
f you wish to ship to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. All additional taxes, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Please check back with your local customs house to find out if any additional charges will be applied to your order. Our shipping partner UPS takes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. We are unable to provide an estimate for these charges. We do not receive any money from customs or import fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us at our expense. Please note that we than have to deduct any related charges from the refund of your original purchase.

3.5 Insurance

STYLEBOP.com has arranged that all goods of your order are insured against damage or theft from the pick-up at our premises. As soon as the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for this insurance ends. The costs therefore are being covered by us.


3.6 Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. At any time you can track your UPS shipment by referring to the following website: www.ups.com. Simply type in the tracking number of your package, which was e-mailed to you.



4. My Account Profile

You can modify your account profile anytime you wish. Simply select “My Account” at the top of the menu bar and log into your account using your email address and your personal password.

- to change your invoice or shipping information, simply edit the existing profile.
- to modify your password or email address, simply edit your profile.
- to view your order status and order history, click on “show all”.
- to overview your wish list, select “show all”.
- to turn on/off the newsletter service
- to specify your favorite designer for special information (e.g. new arrivals, sales…)

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition within 14 days after reception. For returns please follow the following steps:

1. Complete our application form online. You will find the application form on our website www.stylebop.com in the top menu bar. Please click on “MY ACCOUNT” and login with your e-mail address and your personal password. Then click on "RETURN AUTHORIZATION". You will find a list of items corresponding to your orders. Select the item(s) that you wish to return and click on “SEND”. Please note that all returns from the same order must be made in one shipment.

2. You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) immediately via e-mail.

3. The submitted RAN has to be enclosed in the return package. Otherwise the return process cannot be matched to the order and further arranged.

Please note that all goods are delivered with a tag and a UPS returns label. The obligation for return does not apply, when the tag has been removed or damaged. The same applies when the clothes are otherwise used, worn, washed or damaged. Please note that a multiple of refunded goods can only be returned in a single package using the returns label provided

4. All goods have to be returned via UPS carrier by using the original UPS-waybill as enclosed in the package. This way the shipping costs for the return are reimbursed by STYLEBOP.COM.

5. In the UPS pouch on the box you will find your invoice and a returns pro forma invoice. Inside the box you will find the following:

one UPS return label, one UPS pouch and a small letter which contains one copy of your invoice and two pro forma invoices.

- To return the package please write your RAN on the copy of the invoice and put it in the UPS pouch together with all three pro forma invoices.

- Mark the items you send back on the pro forma invoice and sign all three.

- Please fill in the Shippers Export Declaration. If the value of the items you send back exeeds $ 2500 in value you also need a Shippers Export Declaration. You will find it attached, sign it, note the items you send back and the Value under point 2 and 3 and include it in the UPS pouch too.

6. For collection and delivery of the returned goods please contact UPS:

Please note that a Saturday pick-up is not possible!
IMPORTANT: The return consignment will be shipped as UPS-Standard-consignment.
UPS services gives you the convenience of having your shipment picked up at your home or office, or you can also drop the package off at a UPS store.

Note: There may be a pick up fee which is not included in the return label which you would have to pay when you schedule a pick up. The fee depends on how far your home or office is away from the next UPS service center.

7. Place the UPS return label and UPS pouch on the package (as the documents inside the pouch are needed for customs) and hand it out to the carrier. Please keep the receipt from UPS. We are not liable for any damages or lost packages when the return did not take place with UPS.

In case of compliance with the aforesaid instructions you will then receive a credit note on your credit card or your account of the amount of the purchase price less shipping costs. The return of goods takes place on our own risk and expenses when the aforesaid conditions are complied.

STYLEBOP.com is not liable for any returns which are carried out in a different manner to the aforesaid conditions.

5.2 Exchanges

Exchanges will only be possible if the item is available. Once we have received the original item, we will ship the exchange item at no extra cost. If you wish to exchange a purchase for a different item, we ask you to return it for credit and make a new separate order.


5.3 Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date that we have received your return. All undamaged, properly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding shipping charges. All international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Yet you may be able to recover these by contacting your customs office directly.


5.4 Damaged/ Mis-shipped Items

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax. To do so please go back to Returns.


5.5 Free Return Shipping

All goods have to be returned via UPS carrier by using the provided pre-paid UPS return label. By this STYLEBOP.com pays the shipping costs for the return. Please contact UPS to schedule your pick-up or drop your package off at a UPS location. Please make sure to retain a tracking number for your records.



6. Authenticity

We are an authorized online distributor for all designers displayed on STYLEBOP.com. Therefore we guarantee that each item we sell is 100% authentic.



7. Voucher

7.1 How to apply for one

You can choose between two options when applying for a gift voucher on our website: sending the voucher via email or by post. Please follow these steps until you have your gift voucher in the checkout basket. The voucher shall become valid as soon as the payment is through.
It is not possible to edit the details once the ordering procedure has been completed.
You can see your voucher code in "My Account".


7.2 Redemption

You can shop on our website www.stylebop.com to the extent of the value of your voucher simply by entering the voucher code. Please note that the voucher does not have any cash value.
Should the value of your gift voucher fall short of the value of your order, you can settle the difference using the offered payment options.
Should the value of your gift voucher be higher than the value of your order, we will credit the difference to your account. The voucher’s code will be sent directly to you via email after finishing the order.
You can also use more than one voucher for one order. Therefore please enter all voucher codes, that you want to use, one by one into the intended data fields. Gift vouchers are valid up to the end of the third year from the date of purchase. A gift voucher cannot be returned. Likewise, a gift voucher cannot be resold. Please note that you can redeem a gift voucher only once during its validity period.


7.3 Cancellation

A gift voucher can be cancelled through our customer service only if the gift voucher has not yet been redeemed.


7.4 Returning the goods

Should you wish to return a product purchased using a gift voucher because you did not like it or it was not suitable, you can do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will then receive the code for a new gift voucher by an email bearing the same value as the original gift voucher. You shall also receive any difference in value.
A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.


7.5 Liability and risk of loss

STYLEBOP.com does not bear any responsibility for an incorrectly entered email address of the recipient of the gift voucher. Likewise, STYLEBOP.com does not accept any liability for the loss, theft, misuse or delayed delivery (e.g. due to technical problems) of the gift vouchers.


7.6 Fraud

STYLEBOP.com reserves the right to close the customer account and/or demand alternative payment in case of a fraud, or an attempt at deception or in case of a suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a purchase of a gift voucher or at the time of redeeming it on our website www.stylebop.com. The customer shall not have any right for the release or payment of the gift voucher in question.
