To order an item on www.stylebop.com please do the following:
1. If you have found an item you would like to purchase, choose the desired size and click "add to bag". All items will be in your shopping bag until your order is placed.
2. If you would like to keep your purchase and continue shopping, click "continue shopping".
3. If you would like to finalize your order, click on "enter customer details" in your shopping bag.
4. Follow the step by step instructions, which will guide you through the registration and payment until you will receive an order confirmation.

If you see "add to wait list" for your desired size, we currently do not have the size in stock. You can enter your email address in the pop up window and add the item to your wait list. If the item comes back in stock, we will inform you via email.
Unfortunately, you cannot add any more items after you have placed your order. If you would like to buy more items, you have to place a new order.
The sizes shown are German sizes. You can find the conversion for foreign sizes in our sizing chart. If an item runs large or small we will make a note on the web site.

Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. All orders from STYLEBOP.com are insured against damage or theft from the time of pick up to delivery at the provided shipping address. The costs to insure the item are covered by STYLEBOP.com Please note: The item has to be returned with the UPS label you received together with your order. It is your responsibility to ensure a proper return, please keep the return receipt on file.
As soon as your order is picked up by UPS at our warehouse we will inform you via email. In this email you will find the tracking number. With this number you can track your package at www.ups.com.
Due to simultaneous orders it can happen that certain items are no longer available. If this is the case it will be shown on your invoice. Of course we will also inform you via email.
If you are unable to select the correct country when you attempt to register or make a purchase, that’s because you have the location set to the wrong country. You always need to set the correct location before you start shopping, this way the items will also be displayed in the correct currency. To set your location, look at the top corner of the browser window where it says ‘Welcome, you are in...’ Click on the location, and select your location from the drop down menu.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of two weeks.
To successfully complete the return process, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the return form online. You will find it on our web site www.stylebop.com under "My Account". Please log into your account with your email address and your password and click "Return Authorization". Here you will find all items from your order. Choose the item / items you would like to return and click "Continue". Please note that all returned items have to be sent back in one package.
2. You will then receive the RAN (Return Authorization Number) via email.
3. Your assigned RAN must be enclosed in the return. If this is not the case your return cannot be assigned and therefore cannot be handled and refunded.
4. Please call UPS to schedule a pick up. All items have to be sent back via UPS by using the prepaid UPS label which is enclosed in the package. This way STYLEBOP.com pays the shipping fees for the return.
Please note that all items will be delivered with a refund shield attached to a disposable seal. If the goods are used, worn, washed, damaged, or the refund shield is not attached to the disposable seal STYLEBOP.com is not obliged to take back the item.
Should you not be happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition within 14 days of reception.

1. For returns, please complete our application form online. You will find the application form on our website www.stylebop.com in the top menu bar.
Please click on MY ACCOUNT and login with your e-mail address and your personal password. Then click on RETURN AUTHORIZATION. You will find a list of items corresponding to your order. Select the item(s) that you wish to return and click on send.
2. You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) immediately via e-mail. If you do not receive it please check your Spam folder or contact our customer service:

3. The RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER has to be enclosed in the return package. Otherwise the returned item(s) cannot be matched to the order and further processed. Please write your return/exchange number below and include this sheet inside the package:
Please note that all goods are delivered with a tag and an UPS return label. The obligation for returns do not apply when the tag has been removed or damaged. The same applies when the clothes are otherwise used, worn, washed or damaged. Please note that a multiple of refunded goods can only be returned in a single package using the return label provided.
4. All goods have to be returned via UPS carrier. The UPS return label is enclosed in the package. This insures that the shipping costs for the return are paid by STYLEBOP.com.
5. For countries that require pro forma: In the UPS pouch on the box you will find your invoice and a returns pro forma invoice. Inside the box you will find the following: one UPS return label, one UPS pouch and a small letter which contains one copy of your invoice and two pro forma invoices.
To return the package, please write your RAN on the copy of the invoice and put it in the UPS pouch together with all three pro forma invoices. Mark the items you are sending back on the pro forma invoice and sign all three.
6. For collection and delivery of the returned goods please contact UPS:

For the pickup please tell UPS your pick-up address. Please note that a Saturday pick-up is not possible!
IMPORTANT: The return will be shipped as Standard Delivery. UPS services gives you the convenience of having your shipment picked up at your home or office, or you can also drop the package off at a UPS store.
7. Place the UPS return label and UPS pouch on the package (as the documents inside the pouch are needed for customs) and give it out to the carrier. Please keep the receipt from UPS. We are not liable for any damages or lost packages when the return did not take place with UPS.
In case of compliance with the above-mentioned instructions you will then receive a refund on your credit card or your account in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
We take full responsibility for the expenses when the above-mentioned conditions are complied.
STYLEBOP.com is not liable for any returns which are carried out in a different manner to the above-mentioned conditions.
Up to 10 - 14 days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular credit card or bank. The amount will be visible on your next credit card statement.
