How do I place my order?

To order an item on www.stylebop.com, please follow these steps:

1. If you have found an item you would like to purchase, choose the desired size and click "ADD TO BAG". All added items will remain in your shopping bag until your order has been placed.

2. If you would like to keep an item in your shopping bag and continue shopping, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING".

3. If you would like to finalize your order, click on "ENTER CUSTOMER DETAILS" in your shopping bag.

4. Follow the step-by-step instructions, which will guide you through the registration and payment processes until you receive an order confirmation.

How do I know if my order was successful?

After you have placed your order, you will see an order confirmation. This will also be sent to you via email. If you didn’t get an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at:

Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?

Of course we are more than happy to wrap your order as a gift. You can choose this option in your shopping bag.

I would like to order an item, but all I see is "ADD TO WAIT LIST". What does this mean?

If you see "ADD TO WAIT LIST" for your desired size, this means that we currently do not have the size in stock. You can enter your email address in the pop-up window and add the item to your wait list. If the item comes back in stock, we will inform you via email.

Is it possible to add an item to my order after it has already been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot add any more items to your order after it has already been placed. If you would like to buy more items, you have to place a new order.

How do I know which size I need?

The sizes shown are German sizes. You can find the conversion for foreign sizes in our sizing chart. If an item runs large or small we will make a note on the website.

I would like to give a STYLEBOP.com gift voucher as a present. Is that possible?

You can buy a gift voucher via our link "STYLEBOP GIFT CARD". You can decide whether the voucher is sent to you via email or post. Follow all steps until you are able to put the gift voucher in your shopping bag. The voucher will be valid when the payment is made. The code is visible under "My Account".

How can I redeem my STYLEBOP.com gift voucher?

By entering your voucher code, you can purchase items for the amount on your voucher on www.stylebop.com. Please note that neither a denomination nor cash exchange for the voucher value is possible. When you enter your voucher code when placing your order, your invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the amount of credit you have on your voucher. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient for your order, the difference can be paid by credit card, cash on delivery or wire transfer. Vouchers are valid for 3 years after purchase. A return or refund of the voucher credit is not possible.

I am concerned about paying with my credit card. Is payment really secure?

Your credit card information, including credit card number and expiration date, etc. is automatically transferred to the paymaster via an encrypted secure system. STYLEBOP.com or other third parties are not able to access this information. Even for potential refunds, your complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or MasterCard, additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa® or MasterCard® SecureCode).

When I enter my credit card details, I am being transferred to another web page where I am being asked for my SecureCode. Why does that happen?

STYLEBOP.com participates in "MasterCard® SecureCode" and "Verified by Visa®”. This authentication process protects the credit card holder when placing an order online in regards to fraudulent transactions. After entering your credit card information, you will be transferred to a webpage from your credit card issuing bank, where you will be asked for your personal password. When placing your first order being protected by this process, you must set a password. Please note that you must enter this password for a payment with MasterCard or Visa for each individual order.

I paid for my order by credit card. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. What happened?

Please note that your order can only be sent after your credit card details have been accepted. Therefore, all security parameters need to be stored on your card. If you paid with American Express, your shipping and billing addresses must be the same.

I already transferred the money for my wire transfer order. Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

We can only ship your order once we have received payment in our account. Please note that a transaction can take several days. This timeframe depends on your bank and cannot be influenced by us.

How will my order be shipped?

All shipments are carried out by either FedEx or UPS. The orders will be shipped to your billing or shipping address. The terms and conditions of FedEx and UPS can be read at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com, respectively.

Is it possible to ship to a different shipping address than my billing address?

Yes! You may provide a different shipping address.

Does STYLEBOP.com ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

The shipping time depends on your chosen shipping option as well as your shipping address:

EU: delivery within 2-3 working days

- Germany Standard shipping: delivery within 2-3 working days
- Germany Express shipping: delivery within 1-2 working days
- Citycourier in Munich: delivery within 3 hours

USA: delivery within 3-4 working days

Austria: delivery within 2-3 working days

Will my order be insured?

All orders from STYLEBOP.com are insured against damage or theft from the time of pickup to delivery at the provided shipping address. The costs to insure the item are covered by STYLEBOP.com. Please note: The item has to be returned with the UPS label you received with your original order. It is your responsibility to ensure a proper return, please keep the return receipt on file.

I would like to know the location of my order. Can I track it?

As soon as your order is picked up by UPS at our warehouse we will inform you via email. In this email you will find the tracking number. With this number you can track your package at www.ups.com.

I did not receive all the items I ordered. When will I receive the missing items?

In the case of a simultaneous order, it can happen that certain items are no longer available. If this occurs, it will be shown on your invoice. We will also immediately inform you via email.

I cannot select the correct country when I enter my address, why is this?

If you are unable to select the correct country when you attempt to register or make a purchase, that’s because you have your location set to the wrong country. You always need to set your correct location before you start shopping – this way the items will also be displayed in the correct currency. To set your location, look at the top corner of your browser window where it says ‘Welcome, Shipping to...’ Click on the country, and select your location from the drop-down menu.

If I don’t like something or it doesn’t fit, how can I return it?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of two weeks.

1. For exchanges, please complete our online form. You will find the application form on our website www.stylebop.com in the top menu bar.

Please click on "My Account" and login with your email address and your personal password. Then click on "Return Authorization". You will find a list of items corresponding to your order. Select the item(s) that you wish to return and click on send.

2. You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) immediately via email. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam folder or contact our customer service:

3. The RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) has to be enclosed in your return package. Otherwise the exchanged item(s) cannot be matched to your order and further processed. Please write your RAN on your return invoice and place it inside your package. EU customers, please print a copy of the confirmation email containing your RAN and place it inside your return package.

Please note that all goods are delivered with a tag and an UPS return label. The obligation for returns/exchanges does not apply when the tag has been removed or damaged. The same applies when the clothes are otherwise used, worn, washed or damaged. Please note that a multiple of refunded goods can only be returned in a single package using the return label provided.

4. All goods have to be returned through the same carrier used to ship your original outward-bound order to you. The return shipping label is enclosed in the package. This insures that the shipping costs for the return are paid by STYLEBOP.com.

5. For countries that require pro forma invoices: In the return shipping pouch in the box you will find your invoice and a return pro forma invoices. Inside the box you will find the following: one shipping return label, one return shipping pouch and a small letter which contains one copy of your invoice and three pro forma invoices.

To return the package, please write your RAN on the copy of the invoice and put it in the return shipping pouch together with all three pro forma invoices. Mark the items you are sending back on the pro forma invoice and sign all three.

6. For collection and delivery of the returned goods please contact UPS:

For the pickup please tell the courier representative your pick-up address. Please note that a Saturday pick-up is not possible!

IMPORTANT: The return will be shipped as Standard Delivery. Our shipping partner services gives you the convenience of having your shipment picked up at your home or office, or you can also drop the package off at a local facility.

7. Place the return shipping label and return shipping pouch on the package (as the documents inside the pouch are needed for customs) and give it out to the carrier. Please keep the receipt from the shipping company representative. We are not liable for any damages or lost packages when the return did not take place with the same shipper used with your original order.

In case of compliance with the above-mentioned instructions you will then receive a refund on your credit card or your account in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping costs.

We take full responsibility for the expenses when the above-mentioned conditions are complied.

STYLEBOP.com is not liable for any returns which are carried out in a different manner to the above-mentioned conditions.

When can I expect the refund for my return?

Up to 10-14 days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular credit card or bank. The amount will be visible on your next credit card statement.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

You can use the "GET FASHION NEWS" link to sign up for the newsletter. You will receive an email in which you will have to approve the sign up. This will confirm your registration. You can also register to get news from your favorite designer via the "GET FASHION NEWS" link. You will then be notified as soon as new styles from your favorite designer are available in our online shop.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, please use the link "GET FASHION NEWS". You will receive an email that you have successfully unsubscribed from the newsletter.

Is it possible to be notified if new styles from my favorite designer are available?

By using the newsletter link "GET FASHION NEWS" you have the possibility to choose one or more of your favorite designers. You will be informed via email as soon as new styles from this designer are available.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can use this link and we will email you your password.

STYLEBOP.com uses the security software Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is an asymmetrical encrypting method used to protect your credit card information during transmission against interception and manipulation.
