Position Duties:

• Design weekly newsletters, mailings and our online magazine
• Develop graphic content for banners and online ad campaigns

Copy Editor (French)

STYLEBOP.com is currently seeking a French Language Copy Editor

Position Summary:

Our fast-growing team is in need of a Copy Editor for writing all editorial content in French. The Copy Editor will write the French copy for the online magazine, weekly newsletters, mailings, promotions and editorials. The Copy Editor should have a keen eye for luxury fashion, impeccable taste, and a solid understanding of the latest trends, designers, and overall happenings in fashion and the cultural arts scene.

Position Duties:

• Develop all original editorial content for the French language site
• Work closely with the English and German language editors to meet multiweekly deadlines for editorial newsletters and mailings
• Write designer biographies for landing pages
• Translate texts from English or German to French and proofread/update French content as needed

Position Summary:

The Multilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers via email and telephone with all aspects of and issues relating to product inquiries, pre-purchase questions, orders and returns.

Position Duties:

• Helping customers register online and/or process their orders
• Promptly communicating information to customers about their orders
• Dealing with complaints and escalation processes when necessary
• Handling demanding customers with professionalism
• Interacting and communicating with fulfillment, shipping, returns and accounting departments regarding issues pertaining to customer orders
• Working with 3rd party service providers such as FedEx, banks and/or credit card institutions
• Maintaining a high level of service awareness at all times
• Assisting customers with product inquiries
• Working outside of standard EU time zones
• No cold calling

Web Merchandiser

STYLEBOP.com is currently seeking a Web Merchandiser

Position Summary:

As an expert in visual merchandising, presentation, navigation and site structure, the Web Merchandiser will analyze site behavior (i.e. traffic, sales, conversion, search) to understand demand patterns and partner closely with in-house teams to evolve the overall site experience and achieve sales goals. The merchandiser will continually evaluate current content effectiveness and product lifecycle to improve overall user experience and maximize conversion rates, and should have a keen eye for luxury fashion, impeccable taste, and a solid understanding of the latest trends, designers, and overall happenings in the fashion.

Position Duties:

• Managing the product lifecycle and ensuring that category specific product attributes comply with guided navigation schemas, page templates and cross-sell functionality
• Responsible for the evaluation and enhancement of site content
• Responsible for utilizing web metrics and building relationships with suppliers and internal teams to evaluate and improve merchandise/content performance and business processes
• Responsible for ensuring that all content meets established standards specifications
• Ensures that country specific prohibited merchandise is unavailable for purchase within certain consumer markets and insures that merchandise intended to be sold in a specific region adheres to country specific import restrictions for the destination country
• Responsible for reacting to and/or supporting special business needs in the area of website merchandising as they arise. Will perform other duties and/or responsibilities in this area as assigned

Position Summary:

The Photo Editor is responsible for obtaining photos, both online and from other print sources, for STYLEBOP.com’s online magazine, editorials, newsletters, and promotional mailings, as well as for printed material such as look books, trend reports, etc. The Photo Editor will work closely with the Managing Editor to provide visual content for the above mentioned publications, and should have a keen eye for luxury fashion, impeccable taste, and a solid understanding of the latest trends, designers, and overall happenings in the fashion.

Position Duties:

• Obtain pictures, both online and from other sources, for the afore mentioned publications
• Build relationships and liaison regularly with sources to request and acquire permission for desired images
• Negotiate with sources in order to stay within budgetary restrictions, etc.
