True Religion

Immediately recognizable by the now-iconic, oversized stitch detail of its jeans, True Religion has long championed a bold aesthetic. Founded by textiles veteran Jeff Lubell in 2002, the LA-based label began with a line of classic, five-pocket jeans, all bearing the TR “horseshoe” pocket embellishment, inspired by the silhouette of a Buddha’s smile. Since then, the label has grown to encompass a full range of sportswear, including embellished tees, ultra-soft hoodies, and sandblasted sweatshirts made to pair with TR’s sought-after skinnies, minis, and straight-leg styles.

True Religion: One of a kind jeans and quirky trousers

Since its inception in 2002, this urban jeans company has catapulted to success and is now one of the largest denim brands in the world. Its founder, Jeffrey Lubell, created True Religion with the idea that there is only one real religion in the world, and that’s people. Seeing jeans as an indispensable part of our wardrobes, he saw an opportunity to create a new denim brand which placed emphasis on the perfect fit with a trend-setting style yet authentic all-American quality. This enabled True Religion to evolve into a universally-known lifestyle brand and leader in denim innovation, manufacturing top quality jeans and relaxed sportswear for men and women of all ages. Seductive advertising campaigns boosted the brand’s growth and garnered it international popularity through a series of partnerships including its 2009 collaboration with Gisele Bundchen which appeared in all the high-fashion publications including Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Vanity Fair and Elle.

True Religion: Comfortable has never looked so cool

Now one of the hottest designer labels on the market, the illustrious brand aims to throw a timeless, edgy appeal into the sea of conventional high-fashion American designs. True Religion’s styles, fits and washes vary by season, but their signature look is distinctive due to its distressed V-neck sweatshirts, street style faded print jeans, and slouchy baseball logo tees, all embellished with some form of American flag detailing. True Religion’s Hollywood A-List clientele ranges from Rihanna, Halle Berry and Beyonce to Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna.
